How long we keep information

We will retain your information for a minimum of 28 days to reply to your initial query then until (a) you confirm your query is complete so you do not wish to be contacted further; (b) any work is completed, including any invoicing required; (c) you inform us you wish to be removed from our contact list, by email or in writing; (d) if we do not hear back from you your information will be retained for a maximum of 1 year from the date of last contact.
